Terms
These terms govern access to and use of BetArenas. By registering an account, a player accepts every clause below in full. Where these terms conflict with promotional material elsewhere on the site, these terms take precedence.
1. Eligibility
Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence if higher. Registering an account constitutes a declaration that the player meets this requirement and that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. BetArenas reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend an account pending verification.
2. Account Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed only to a payment method matching the depositing method wherever technically possible, a standard anti-money-laundering control across the industry. Requests exceeding standard daily or monthly limits may be split into multiple payments at the operator’s discretion.
4. Bonus Terms

- Bonus funds and cash balance are tracked separately until wagering clears in full.

5. Fair Play and Game Integrity
All games offered through BetArenas run on RNG or live-streamed mechanics independently audited by recognised testing bodies. Crash rounds use a provably fair algorithm, allowing a player to verify the outcome of any round against a cryptographic hash published prior to that round. Any suspected irregularity in game outcomes should be reported to support immediately, along with the round or bet identifier, for investigation.
6. Responsible Gambling
BetArenas provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-out and self-exclusion tools accessible from account settings, detailed on the Support page. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed before the selected term expires, regardless of subsequent player request. BetArenas reserves the right to apply its own exclusion to any account showing signs of harmful play, independent of a player-initiated request.
7. Prohibited Jurisdictions and Conduct

Any attempt to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions, including through location-masking tools, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
8. Limitation of Liability
BetArenas is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment processor delays, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
BetArenas may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, payment partnerships or product offering. Material changes are communicated via the registered account email with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use of the account after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be raised with support through live chat or email, as described on the Support page. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to a formal complaint review, handled by senior support staff within 5 business days of the escalation request. Where applicable, unresolved disputes may subsequently be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body relevant to the operator’s licensing jurisdiction.
11. Age Restriction
Access to BetArenas is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Any account later found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded, and any winnings accrued during that period voided in full.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which BetArenas holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any provision found unenforceable under applicable law does not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Third-Party Game Providers

15. Account Inactivity
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A notification is sent to the registered email prior to any dormancy fee being applied, where such a fee is permitted under the operator’s licensing terms. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the bonus terms referenced in Section 4 and the responsible gambling policies referenced in Section 6, constitute the entire agreement between the player and BetArenas regarding use of the platform.
